Tracy has been employed with FCS since October 2018 in the roles of DV Case Manager and VIP Group Co- Facilitator. Tracy spends her time contacting victims of domestic violence to provide case management and resource information to ensure the safety and wellbeing of victims and their families during such a difficult and scary time in their lives. In addition Tracy co facilitating violence intervention curriculums to court mandated individuals identified as perpetrators of abuse. Tracy graduated from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey. She has accumulated approximately ten years of human service work related experience. She began my social services career with at risk populations with the Hyacinth AIDS Foundation at which point Tracy went on to further her career on a county level at the Middlesex County Board of Social Services. Tracy moved to Maryland in 2017 and entered the mental health field with Cornerstone Montgomery Inc. What Tracy enjoys most about working at FCS is their commitment to provide hope to victims and their families during such an unfortunate time in their lives. No to mention the tireless efforts the administration and staff put forth to ensure that both victims and perpetrators obtain a wealth of knowledge to aid in fostering healthy relationships so that family dynamics can improve.
