Heather McQuay LCSW-C
Heather has worked in a variety of settings including treatment foster care, outpatient mental health, a residential treatment center for children and adolescents, in-home therapeutic support services and as a medical social worker. Heather’s experience consists of working with children, adolescents, adults and families within in each of her work settings. She also has experience working with addictions and providing counseling and support to patients with serious or chronic illnesses. Heather is certified in trauma treatment for children and adolescents from the University of Maryland, Baltimore. She is also Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) trained by Kennedy Krieger institute. Heather has experience working with individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma and anger management. Heather is committed to assisting her clients to achieving their own personal goals and improving their livelihood.
