F.T. Burden - Chief Executive Officer
F.T. was appointed FCS CEO in September of 2015 following a national search that yielded more than 200 candidates. Prior to joining FCS, he served for nearly 15 years as President & CEO of AIDS Interfaith Residential Services, Inc. / Empire Homes of Maryland. F.T.’s chief duties include leading fund and partnership development, cultivating the board of directors, and establishing the agency’s strategic direction and vision. A Florida native, F.T. enjoys cooking, traveling, and attending live music and dance performances.
Ron Bunce - Chief Operating Officer
Ron joined FCS as its COO in August 2017. In his role, Ron leads FCS’s overall business strategy and daily programmatic operations while supporting the CEO in the development and operation of programs, financial management strategies, policies and procedures, fundraising, and community engagement. Bunce is an accomplished executive with several years of experience working within organizations driven to achieve social impact. Most recently, he served as the executive director of the New York State Chapter of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW). A native of upstate New York, Bunce enjoys cycling and running as well as spending time in the garden.
Nan Workinger - Chief Financial Officer
FCS’ CFO since 2013, Nan provides management oversight as well as plays a vital role in controllership duties, treasury obligations, economic strategy and financial analysis. Outside of FCS, she enjoys both biking and motorcycle riding. Nan also relishes being able to travel to new places, particularly those that are warm and sunny.
Katie Cashman - Deputy Chief, Program Operations
Katie provides oversight for agency behavioral health and case management programs, ensuring the provision of high quality services and the implementation of FCS policies. Outside of her work, Katie enjoys spending time with her husband, her son, Liam, and her pet Yorkie, Smitty McGee. She also enjoys reading, the Baltimore Ravens, cooking, and any activity involving a beach.
Jennifer Redding - LCSW-C Senior Director of Behavioral Health
Jennifer is responsible for clinical and administrative oversight, as well as the day-to-day operations of FCS’s trauma and behavioral health services’ programs. She establishes and monitors clinical services, quality improvement, and professional development for her staff. Jennifer oversees FCS’s regional Clinical Directors. Jennifer is the proud mother of three energetic children. When she’s not busy cheering for them on the lacrosse and soccer fields, she enjoys reading and her newfound hobby of running in 5Ks.
After serving as FCS’s Development Coordinator for 15 years, Chris transitioned to become the Special Assistant to the CEO in February 2016. She is responsible for supporting the CEO in executing all aspects of fundraising activities including special events, and provides support to the Board of Directors. Outside of her work Chris enjoys gardening, reading, and cruising to the Caribbean.
