Celebrate spring at our third annual Harford county wine event. Join us at Bulle Rock for wine tasting, heavy hors d'oeuvres, desert, jazz by the Howshall Trio and a raffle.

Proceeds will benefit the SOAP and Adult Day Care programs of Harford County. For over 45 years, FCS has served families and individuals in Harford County, with general counseling, services for domestic violence and sexual abuse victims, at-risk adolescents and the elderly.
