Family and Children's Services Harford County Adult Day Care is seeking a part-time (M-F) qualified CNA to join our team. CNA will be responsible for providing direct client care, implementing activities, assisting with meal times, and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all clients. Must have experience working with geriatric population and must enjoy with persons with disabilities. Located on the campus of Harford Community Campus.
Driver – Harford County
Driver needed to transport clients to and from Medical Adult Daycare Center. 10-12 hours per week with possibility of more, no benefits. Must be 21 years or older, mature, dependable and enjoy working with senior citizens. Must have clean driving record and have CPR and First Aide Certification or willing to obtain prior to employment.
Group Facilitator/DV Crisis Worker - Carroll County
Full-time Group Facilitator/DV Crisis Worker position (37.5 hours) available in Carroll County. Successful candidate would be facilitating groups involving court ordered offenders as well as working with victims in crisis counseling and shelter services, outreach via telephone, and providing information and referrals regarding available resources. Experience presenting, some knowledge of case management, and a BA in a Human Services field required.
Medical Program Manager/Registered Nurse – Harford County
Family and Children’s Services is seeking a full-time (Monday-Friday) Medical Program Manager/Registered Nurse needed for Medical Adult Day Program in Harford County. Experienced RN with a background working with the geriatric population and strong supervisory skills required to provide medical program oversight, to include client care planning and assessment, supervision of support staff and care coordination.
Psychiatrist/Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner - Multiple Locations
Family and Children's Services has offices located in Baltimore City and five surrounding counties. We are currently seeking a part-time (up to 19 hours per week) Psychiatrist/Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in multiple locations to evaluate, diagnose and treat victims of crime, sexual/physical abuse, and domestic violence, as well as general counseling and medications management. We see a culturally diverse population of children, adolescents, adults and seniors in an outpatient setting. Candidate must have an active Maryland license and board certified
Senior Director of Case Management – Baltimore
Full-time Senior Case Management (37.5 hours) position available for a wide array of case management programs including: domestic/family violence, general case management for low income/homeless families, and care coordination services. The programs serve adults, families, children and seniors. This position will be responsible for the supervision of the program social workers, case manager, graduate students and interns. The Senior Director coordinates the orientation of program admissions, caseload assignments and the day-to-day delivery of community care coordination and case management services. The Senior Director maintains oversight of program operations to ensure participants receive services that are strengths-based, culturally sensitive and adhere to the core principles of risk, need and responsivity to reduce recidivism, engagement in community services and support participants to achieve their self-identified goals. Successful candidates must have a Master’s degree in psychology, social work or related field and at least 3 years’ experience providing services to adults with behavioral health issues, families and working in community mental health and/or case management setting. Candidates must also have 2 years’ experience working on a multidisciplinary team and knowledge of and ability to work with persons of diverse backgrounds. Applicants must be Maryland Board approved supervisor or obtain within one year of employment and have an active Maryland LCSW-C or LCPC license.
Therapist – Multiple Locations
Hourly Therapist position available for Anne Arundel, Baltimore City/County, Carroll, Harford and Howard Counties. Successful candidates must have an active Maryland LCSW-C, LCPC or LCMFT licensure with superior clinical skills and the ability to work with trauma victims, children and diverse populations. Substance Abuse Treatment experiences a plus. Applicants must be available two evenings a week from 3:00-8:00 pm.
